MMT-Earning Our Testimonials one transport at a time!

Often people ask us, "What sets you apart from the other services that I have found on the internet?” In the early years, that question was our opportunity to talk about all of the ways in which we excel in our industry. We explained the medical training of our staff (virtually unheard of in the non-emergency business), the fact that we perform background checks and random drug testing. We would explain how all of our vehicles are traded annually, and how we always have the newest equipment and safety features. Though it was all good information, time and experience taught us something. We could put all of this information in our website or our “electronic brochure” for all to read. But when somebody calls on the phone and wants to know what sets us apart, the most credible advertisement that we can present to them are the testimonials from previous patients.

Weaved throughout these letters you’ll find information about the cleanliness of our vans, the promptness of our service, the superb care provided by our staff, and in essence, the culture of our company. These are the direct quotes from the patients, their family members and their care givers who have firsthand knowledge of the services we provide. These are the letters from the people who have experienced us at their most vulnerable times. They can tell you how we handled their last minute change of plans, their crisis situations, and their family members who nobody else seemed to be able to comfort. They have nothing to lose and nothing to gain by putting their feelings in writing to us. And we cannot put a price tag on how valuable their responses are to our service. Every single transport that we provide is followed with a paid invoice and a self addressed stamped envelope with a survey attached to the patient or family who hired us. When we get these surveys back, we put a copy in the personnel files of the crew who was on the trip. Next, we post the original survey (along with cards, letters and emails) on bulletin boards all over our main office. Potential employees, current staff, and visitors can come by at anytime and read comments and letters, in the original handwriting or type from the customers who have hired us. These are our “brag boards” and we could wallpaper our building with them!

We’ve learned that no matter how big an internet, magazine or radio advertisement is, it cannot convey what type of service we are any better than the words of a previous customer. So, please take the time to read our testimonial page. They are real quotes, from real patients and their families. For every one of them, somebody took the time to sit down and put their feelings into words. Many have even asked us to please steer potential clients to their email or phone numbers when necessary. They understand from their own experiences how difficult it is to choose a company to provide such an important service, and want to be available to help others facing the same circumstances.
