Medical Transport- We make it easy.

No matter what you’re facing within your own family, you’re not alone. Every day, we help families who have been faced with the challenge of taking care of a parent, sibling, spouse or other relative who cannot care for themselves. Sometimes, it’s a middle aged couple on the phone together finding out the steps involved to transfer one of their elderly parents across country to be closer to them. Sometimes, it’s the woman who is one of 6 kids trying to single handedly arrange everything, while receiving no help from her siblings. We hear from the timid son who apologizes in advance for what he believes is the unique and undesirable behavior of his mom, a victim of advanced Alzheimer’s. You name it, we’ve already heard it. And because we’ve already heard it, we understand.

Everyone who works for MMT, whether in dispatch, billing or on the medical vans has a medical background in patient care. This means that while you are on the phone with us discussing the transport arrangements for your family member, we are putting together a picture of their needs. Rather than a generic check sheet, we learn all we can about what it takes to comfortably transport our patients-their likes, dislikes and individual requests. Afterall, the idea of transporting patients isn’t that unique. But transporting patients with an emphasis on comfort, class, safety and service…now that’s a rare concept in the medical transport industry.
